195cm high/70 kg T_T guess i should start drinking that chem shit, natural diet food stuff isn't working for me. I eat beans, mac&cheese, cheese on every fucking thing possible. Whatever i eat, i poop in less than 3 hours. Just the way it is.
Had 2 massive lunches every day, 3x breakfasts, ate after 23:00 ...nothing. Now i just gave up.
