are you trying to cut weight?

the bigger you get the more fat you'll burn, so if you're already 125kg you'll lose 20kg of fat but i'm sure you'll keep at least half as muscle, and a lot quicker than if you're 80kg to start.

45 min fasted hiit cardio in the omrning and lifting in the afternoon. keto diet.
