Should always go by sizes, unless youre really confident in skipping.

Anyone who tells you to skip a size when you're gauging something likes having painful, bleeding, possibly infected piercings.

If you don't want to build up to large plugs, man up and get them dermal punched.

Getting punched to a 2g straight away is the best decision I ever made, after seeing some crazy asshole around these forums do it.

Also started with a 12 on my lips instead of a 14 because I ultimately ended up at a 10;

Was a lot smoother and took less time that my septum, which went from 14 -> 12 -> 10.
