a tag uber tag?

yaya uber tag, like i really was actually digging it a whole lot, i tried to recreate it in my current sig, but it looks completely different... kinda pissed off tbh.

Is there one site that has tons and tons of really good tutorials? I've gone through Deviant, Tutorialgod (turned out it only had like 10 tutorials), planet renders, and other random ones. I'm talking about tag tutorials ofc.
