Installing MSN wasn't as epic as I had imagined it to be.

in photshop there should be that lil slidey bar that you can lower it lowers quality a bit but you can get it down to the size you need if you mean saving it froma website then iono XD

reduce size of this with losing as little quality as possible plz
or tell me how to

weired wont gimme the lil size down bar when i try to save as >.<
