Tea time is all day err day. Tea Time as a once-a-day though is like 5-6pm or something, depends on time of year - late afternoon early evening.

Lolofc, plain crumpets is meh. Usually butter plus on of the following: jam (of varying flavour to taste), honey, golden syrup, cheese (may omit butter here. savoury crumpets are of debatable value) etc.
