You have to go File > Import > Video frames to layers, not ctrl + o.

its saving as a guicktime file for some reason... anyone know how to fix?

i cant load it.. the file doesnt appear when i go to import, only the .avi's and, as expected they are a white screen all the way through

So when you go to import, and the file type says "QuickTime Movie (*.MOV;*.AVI;*.MPG;*.MPEG)" but it only finds .AVIs?
