FFS you stupid fucking frogs. If I have to cancel my fucking embassy appointment online, at least have a god damned fucking link on the embassy site to do so.

Fucks sake. This is pissing me off now.

Meant to go to the embassy tomorrow because girlfriend needs me to fly to Scotland with her at the end of the month, but I won't have new passport in time (and they take my old old), and the next time I can reschedule is the 16th May, which means my passport will be expired and I'll need even more paperwork...

Even more so considering I need a copy of my birth certificate, and that means having to send off to France to try get a copy (if they can be bothered to send it).

i thought most of europe had open border policies? do you live in france or the uk?

i definitely didn't think you'd need a passport to go from england to scotland, if it's the former
