not really stock photography. I appreciate the fact that it´s an art project by that photographer. Therefore I find it inappropiate to use those portraits as stocks for signatures.

they´re pretty amazing.

well as I said, it´s awesome photography. But I wont use em because I appreciate the artist and the copyright he set up.

I ma go with noncommercial use thing, that usually works.

Most of em let me as soon as they hear NONPROFIT and NONCOMMERCIAL use. Some want to see the result and that's about it, they usually respond with "thanks for even asking me for permission, people just steal these days". You never know what to expect...
