And no way, I have a Nikon. I have one picked out, I get everything at a huge discount since my bf works at best buy. Im just waiting for them to re-add the Nikon 105mm macro lens to accommodations so I can get that, I cant wait.

hdr isnt a ps filter oO. High Dynamic Ratio Images consist of usually 3 photographs that are being fused in a suitable programme:

-one of them is overexposed
-one of them is normal
-one of them is underexposed

You fuse them together and get somewhat deeper color ranges and usually some kind of unrealistic / artificial look.
