Im having a really fucked up issue, a friend sent me a psd to work on, so I did then I went to do an apply image layer and for some reason its making everything look different.

Ive checked and rechecked all the layers, tried to just flatten or merge, nothing is working QQ

@xan, is there gradient maps on top of the layers? are you applying image on a layer that already has stuff on it?
