I'm no artist at all, and I proly wont see this thread again but I've got to agree with some of the posts..

the faces are horrible.. This one for example, it almost looks like the bottom of her left ear(the one to our right) is even with her eyes.. >.<
I'd take the opinions seriously and improve from them..

your portrayal of liquid can use some work
nose needs work other than that your proportions are good
try hardlining stuff with a pen

also guessing thats a back tattoo and if it is there is way too much goign on that head will be too low on someone's back with the scales above the head.
