While the hardware is overpriced and the accessories are bad, you aren't really paying for that when you get a Mac, you are paying for the environment and/or the display.

Disgusting design. And the mouse had only one button <- Them over at Apple sure are good at softwares and stuff, but when it comes to common sense, they are retarded.

Sorry if this is over my head, but hopefully you're trolling. First, the only reason you disliked them (I did too) was because you (and me) were ignorant on how to use them, which is the case for a majority of mac haters. I could easily show someone the ins-and-outs of a mac pretty quick. I think most people see that the [X] is in the top left, rather in the top right, and mentally check out.

Also, you can plug a regular mouse into a mac and it works just the same. :huh:

Was'nt trolling, but you are right tho. Im just one of them oldfashion kind of guys who like the things they know better than the things they dont know.
But what I do know is that my sister bought a machintosh laptop few years back when she started working as a system developer for Lindex, and she regrets that alot.

so i just did a few hours of research and it turns out apple might actually be the better computer in this case. thats really funny to me.

mostly because of the money you save on the d700s (they sell for 3 grand a piece on newegg)

but really its just like you said that it comes down to budget.

but really if you had infinite money i bet pc is better.

whatever. im done looking into this.

but, i learned that mac isnt nearly as big of a rip off as i thought it was. for 3d modeling at least.

I know what you are saying. I was just saying that Apple uses same hardware in their products as everyone else uses in PC. It is software and you can get it to run on PC, just as well. 1/3rd price of Mac is software, 1/3rd is design. Last 1/3rd is actually price of materials used.

I dont know but everyone has his own opinion and according to me its PC which is more comfortable to do all kinds of graphics work specially the editing task in photoshop.
