please enforce the non-random rule, last year was a clusterfuck because randoms would sign up and not make tags and everything had to be readjusted a billion times like the night before everything was sent out, and even the day of, there was still chaos for a good few hours of people crying about gifts
if you pair people up and someone drops out leaving an odd number, you can have everyone receive one sig by doing a pass to the right style... or one triangle trade... people not getting sigs can only be caused by idiocy from the host
