I have'nt done much lately, here is one from 3 years ago, took me a while to find it.
I am still a big fan of just simple black/White shit line-art or w/e one might call it.

And I still suggest you to read tutorials and spend more time on the stuff you make.

I like it. Nice work

Thanks, welcome :)

If you take a college course in any design work, constructive criticism in the class is usually part of the grade. Imagine a professors response to you making your constructive criticism. "you suck, read a tutorial". That professor would not only be tempted to fail you but probably want to meet with you after class to discuss what you were thinking to think this was in any way constructive. It's not butt hurt. It's a response to you being an idiot.

Also, if I want to make a new thread. I won't check with you first to see if my old one is old enough first. Can't believe I'm wasting my time typing this. I placed over 12 thousand vertices today on a project. 754 so far today were hand placed and moved vertices. This is so not worth my time. You can argue with yourself from here on out.

you also get told you're doing it wrong if you're doing it wrong

i once took a design course with my friend adam, and when adam was a kid he suffered some sort of stroke and as a result he's blind in his left eye and his right arm is paralyzed.

our first project of the semester was a lesson in mechanical skill in a traditional design environment; essentially a cut-and-paste project that was being graded almost entirely on how straight your lines were, how clean your pasting was, and how aligned the elements were in regard to the specifications and measurements provided.

a part of the grading process was an open cnc forum, in which she would pick one piece, critique it, and then whoever's piece it was would stand up and explain their process and try to justify their decisions.

so of course she picked adam's one-armed and half-blind horrible mess of a piece because with one arm it's near impossible to hold down a straight edge and cut 2.5x2.5 inch squares 48 times and then paste them on a grid.

i lol'd so uncontrollably hard when he stood up and said, "well, the reason this is crooked is because i only have one arm."

she was mortified

That's cool that adam didn't give up or drop the class
