first one is overcontrasted/sharp/saturated

second is better but looks washed out.

you need to pick your focal point carefully and work around it instead of just slapping a random dude in there. it's all over the place.

I don't think your borders or your text is working.

you're kinda getting better, keep working at it friend.

Not sure what you think, i was bored, so decided to open up photoshop, and added on whatever i read in tuts recently, without actually following one, i should have more time soon, 2 go through a bunch of tutorials, holiday upcoming

Reminds me of how i started out. What helped me most was realizing that c4d usage shouldn't be massive.

-Use less parts of the c4d's to create backgrounds, resize, rotate, duplicate, etc. until satisfied (that is if you wanna use c4d backgrounds)
-Keep color schemes relevant as in try to pick nicer looking c4ds with matching colors or appealing colors. Same with the render.
-Less is more in tagging. Adding in small details little by little is definitely a plus in making sigs.
-Highlights focals by adding unique effects or sketching in small details if you can (this is something i believe to be extremely nice, but requires quite a bit of practice and/or talent)
-Follow tutorials until you feel comfortable doing things on your own without becoming stumped or reaching a mental block

Rest is just enjoying it since most of the time, it'll feel a lot better if you're on a roll with fresh ideas.
