Be specific please. What doesn't work?

it seems kinda messy and lq in areas, especially her dress, it looks almost like crumpled foil o.o
the green/yellow skin doesn't really make sense bc there is nothing there such as lighting that would cause the skin to be anything other than its natural color
I do like the bg and textures but the hair + scribbles seem to be a bit too much just behind the head
there is lighting on the girl but nothing in the tag that casts a light source

Yeah it looks different in photoshop. I'm not sure why I have that problem.

better, the lighting still seems kinda awkward to meh though

Colors and brightness are slightly different in photoshop than they are after I upload them and view in browser. Was never able to figure out why.
