this post is more condescending and pretentious than the piece could ever hope to be.

in the end, i appreciate art because it's visually, aurally, or literally pleasing to me; not because of how hard it is to achieve a completed work.


I'm not making fun of the art style.
I only said what I said because I literally can't see anything out of this but what is apparently toothpaste.

I personally don't like it because it looks like something a kid can create with a bunch of toothpaste and a cardboard canvas.
I'm not trying to be disrespectful btw just my view on it.

A kid probably could've created it, but they didn't, did they?

"Art" isn't always about how much talent and skill shows through your work... sometimes its all about innovations....

i get what you're saying avid, but i don't think a child could have made it. i used a torch to melt the glass and metal together.
