I know a lot of Graffiti artists personally and if I were to read this to them they'd laugh.
It literally makes no sense at all to write something that isn't meant to be read.

It may be hard and some people may not be able to see it but that doesn't mean it was purposely written to not be read.
Sounds pretty fucking stupid to me but heh, I'm not a graffiti artist, what do I know.

This just looks like most street graffiti to me, letters that dont make any sense squished together. But its not like there are any pro graffiti artists where I live so I'm probably wrong.
