The jaws looks too masculine imo. too wide, and just seems a little off.

this, you need to practice faces more, imo eyes dont look good either

your anatomy is always great, but your faces are always slightly off.
maybe use lines to level your eyes and mouth out. I use a ruler and horizontal and vertical lines to get the faces exact. Or as close ot exact as I can get

just seems as though the right side (her left) jaw is protruding too far, especially with the current shading.

faces are unique. the slightest imperfection can drastically change the look of the sketches face.
your right - positioning is key. rulers an cross lines help to get it exact.
