idk, I will just smudge all day everyday until it's a part of my own body

this is wonderful.
i love how the background feels like a picture. quality smudging.... it doesnt look finished though.
great focal, great blending, great flow, the smudging looks really fluid
color is the problem, not enough pop.

keep this up.
the render has dark reds, try to incorporate that color.

What he suggested. Maybe add some small bubble c4d to give it a little more effects?

I use round brush at 91%, not sure if I'm doing it wrong.

I like the color and the light under his arm.
I don't think the smudging is sharp enough though imo.
It also seems to be missing something >< just can't quite figure it out.

Getting better though I'd say.

maybe this could help you out

the only way forward is learning it by yourself really. I've been making so many smudge tags and I haven't even figured it out yet.

so.. just begin and use the smudge settings people told me to use and get starting :)

true, the smudging does seem very blurry.. I'll keep an eye on that next time and try and make it sharp and smooth :)
and it seems everything I'm doing is missing something. I'll try add that unknown extra thing at the next tag ! ^^

It's not blurry it's dull there's a difference

Rework it

You have to churn to make it work
