You cant have transparency on paint, that means you cannot do any sort of popout using paint. youll need photoshop or gimp or anything similar

whatever. u do best on ur own. look for pop out tutorials on youtube. most of them use ps or gimp, but if u can do the same with paint, it might help u.

but i have to admit, that his attitude is truely childish...
