In the last two I think the sauce's could have been plated better, the tre leche cakes plated wonderfully

Thanks, I had some help plating these and not everyone is so anal about where the sauce goes.

Dude, same. Being alergic to nuts sucks. I remember the first time I ate an almond. I had hives all over my body, I assumed it was the closest thing to dying I would ever experience.
