vouch that, altho there are exceptions that have a lot of detail but look very fine, like (i didn't make those):
as for the topic: it's pretty clean, but it seems to have to much going on or not properly organised (if u have complexity in a logo, it has to follow some kind of flow)
I do like the bullet holes in P and A, but the crosshair ruins it a bit I think (xXx is not on the positive side too, as sum1 mentioned - so this area should be revised)
overall it doesnt look bad at all as it is now, but it may be better!
