You've improved since the first sketch at least

Be sure to keep these main points in the back of your head while you're doing faces (I didn't measure this so it's not perfect):

After doing your rough sketch of the face outline, I would recommend to measure out the exact middle with a ruler. Use that to ensure that your facial characteristics are somewhat symmetrical. After awhile of doing this, you'll begin to recognize the middle more accurately and won't need to measure it out.
One of the crucial aspects of drawing is knowing your shapes. Once you can accurately draw each of the main ones, you can basically draw anything.
It may be worth it to focus more on drawing these shapes for now. I know that it might be boring, but we've all done it to an extent.
