i decided to try out the tut, it should be do-able.

this is really more of magi's area, since all the textures, but its fairly close.

its closer, the textures actually look pretty nice.
Theres to much red though, not enough blue. Part of this tutorial was blending colors, which is not that great here.
try adding more blue colors to it. and possibly making the render larger.
I would take away all the lighting effects you have and rework it

Ill try it all over again lol.
After I made it I noticed that the render was too small for the canvas and left alot of empty space :/
