You have some nice skills but you need to implement them better. Your vexels are well done but I don't like any of the tags you made with them. I like where you were going with the pentooling in the blindfolded girl one though. Might be nice if you went through with that and scrapped the c4d.
Your smudging is also pretty good for just using round brush. You should expand on that now and experiment with other brushes.
I agree with Seakitten you're improving at a quick pace.
