No idea. Tags are already widely implemented, but not sure when it'll be the standard.

good idea, but why remove tags? just makes compatablity errors and confuses people
though CSS > noob html ofc

also, it promotes more use of Javascript etc.

and trials were 8 months late or sth, and as it was originally indended for late 2010, it may well be mid 2011
