i experimented with themes and stuuf a while ago
but damn they slow your pc down
and too many bugs


It's called Litestep for a reason (He's using Litestep by the way) ^_^
It's actually lighter than the default Windows shell (in most cases, you can create a theme that uses a shit-ton of memory, but you'd have to be trying to)
