so u can use other peoples same base image? add a different color tone and re sell it?
that doesnt answer my question..
u can take anyones image.. ADD a layer of color, and re sell it?
am i correct? or is this wrong..
& in landscapes.. thats basically all u can do is add the tones and exposures.. unless u paint it urself..
if the picture is not private or if you don't own it urself, found it on the internet and used it, HE can use it as well ^^
only thing he isn't allowed to do is use YOUR picture and change it a little to resell it. (couldn't prove this anyways if it looks different and the picture used is free to use for everyone..)
If the mentioned requirements were given then it wasn't your picture he changed, but the same you used...found somewhere in the world wide web.
that's no ripping at all. The only thing you could call it is "whoring" a stock/render as many here seem to refer to.
btw you can do a lot more to any image (even landcapes) than just changing colours and adding adjustment layers.

still this
dude this thread gets bumped a lot anyways..you don't have to quote your accusation thinking you come first like this.
btw it's only 2 or 3 text layers he used from you which anyone would have done for free as well (the accusation with the animation was totally reasonable though)
well not trying to discuss here, sry ^^
