Got pm'd by xJordyx for whom I made a sig before. He asked me for a guild charter, provided me with info and told me he'd pay no less than 100fg.
After I was done, I pm'd him my try, he used it and said it wasn't what he was looking for and offered me 20fg for it.
I refused, he said I'd have to make some changes and that he'd pay 120 for it then. I did those changes, pm'd him the second try and asked if I'd have to change anything.
Didn't get any answer from him but saw that he used the new guild charter already. I pm'd him a few times why he wasn't answering and that he's not allowed to use it before paying or at least saying anything.
Still no answer after ~10pms in about 2 hours.
When the guild leader came back online, I pm'd him about it as well. He said that it wasn't his problem and that I should talk to xJordyx about it (who obv. still wasn't answering but being active, posting in topics etc.)
Both behaviours are imo completely intolerant but well...
I just pm'd him before posting here that I'll post this incidence in s/a forum and suddenly got an answer that he was working on his own guild charter and that he won't need mine anymore.
Now, ~5-10 minutes later mine is still in there and I think it's only a stupid excuse to prevent me from posting here.
I can provide any .psd file from the first guild charter, the second which is on the screenshot and also some of the elements used in there, as well as the images which were used for making it. Also if screenshots of pm's are needed I can provide those as well as a gold log which states that I didn't get anything for it :).
If there's anything else needed just tell me.
