I'm not satisfied about the text, but neither about the overall feeling. Finding the right stocks to use for each step I found to be quite challenging as a whole :)

So this is the current WiP for tut 2.

Some of this was made by hand because google has fuck all for Predator HuD and has a kid playing the shit out of AvP on Atari I got to know the predator hud quite well
Along with playing Avp on Ps3.

E: Need to fix some of the red to poke out more on the left side.
I forgot which vision it is that has the blue/red.

E x2: Making the left side red blur you see, be a bright red glowing wave bar to be the sound that he picks up.

Yes, it didn't come out quite like what I had in mind. I'll try to play a bit with the layer properties and use some less sharpen / high pass.

its an interesting concept, i like how your breaking from the tut a little
get some more colorful dod-dads going in there
think i'll give this tut a try as well
