screw it im gonna startl postin up some more of my sketch book this thread is too dead


Did these last week to study the face of a gorilla im trying to model. Not sure why but I love gorillas, so beastly. Used google images and a model sheet from tarzan as reference.

There is a lot of fantastic work in this thread; very impressive!

I recently picked up a pencil and paper out of boredom and sketched for the first time since high school (9 years).

Nowhere on the level of a real artist but thought I'd share since the topic is up...







Just some knuckles, but it was a lot of fun.







I did this jellyfish the next day.







This is a moon landing, low gravity yo-yo scene I sketched for Mrs. Waterpumpee after the jellyfish.






Despite the end products being basic and quite rough, it was very enjoyable to draw again.

Will have to do more.
