your friend needs to provide evidence that the signature he is using is actually his.

look at the users join date, i can tell you specifically my friends been using his signature for over a month and our friend Skeletal created it with his name originally but took it off by request because they both prefer it without a name.

Also if you look at the signature location, it is skywalkers photobukcet account.
