I received my name change earlier this month. He changed his to my old name the same day and started using my signature/avatar.

You were a friend then your actions today proved other wise, I asked you to remove them and you had me blocked. Take then off. Simple. Show proof of me saying they are your now (proof of ownership with me stating a fact that I would never ask you not to use them or take them off or anything of the sort).
