Story: dcast99 posted his attempt in my thread, which I didn't accept because of the price.
Rolldeep then PM'd me with dcast99's attempt, except asking for less (because it wasn't his work).
A rip as far as I'm concerned.

this guy is stealing my sig, i can provide the .psd, he's claiming he fucking made it... now i have to wait for 2 weeks for someone to do their damn job... after pming 10 mods i apparently can't do anything because someone stole my sig.

I know every sig in his gallery is ripped, I've seen a lot more than these in various other places.

Problem is, I can't find them all. I've talked to at least 4 mods about this user to no avail. I also made a thread in the graphic design forum, where other users expressed that they had posted sigs that he had ripped in this thread and were ignored. http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=35110726&f=105&o=20

Imo he should be locked/scammer tagged, as Ive seen him selling these tags in the gfx forum, and his sig rights need to be removed, as well as "his" gallery. Please give this some attention this time.

Is that not enough evidence?

Someone needs to start paying attention to this section.
