idk why u assume i dont understand simple ideas like the matrix..
but why cant u understand simple ideas like maybe what is is what is?
humans are the most intelligent animals on earth, but why do i think we're also the only animals who imagine this world isnt the definition of reality?
our experiences, our history, and scientific research proves the expansion of our universe from a "big-bang" event
eventually supernovas blasted elements together forming new elements, these came together in clusters to form planets
our planet happened to produce conditions that were somehow able to support life (who knows really how life comes into the equation)
life adapts and evolves, constantly striving to improve its ability to survive (who knows what the driving force behind life really is)
and eventually somehow we're now here talking about stuff on the internet we have created
to think this existence is somehow actually just an illusion produced by idk wut, super intelligent robots like in the matrix, i dont think thats logical
(tried to simplify all that as much as possible, just finished an astronomy class that went over all that)
Noone is saying that life itself is an illusion, what we're saying is that free will could be an illusion.

You argue put your point forward well.
is Neuropath a fiction novel or an exploratory work? Are these experiments included? this kind of stuff really interests me, even though my minds pretty made up - conspiracy views just arent liveable.
It's definitely fiction, but there are some grounds in fact. Experiments conducted, though few, do seem to conclude that decisions are made before we "consciously" make them.
