Destiny is irrelevant to the discussion, it's just your brain reacting to various inputs and learnt behaviours and acting accordingly.

There's not much to disagree on, when science can prove it.

The way the brian works that is, to an extent. It's still far too early to say it for certain, but it's definitely worrying.

I disagree. Nothing can be beyond-all-doubt proven.
Results may be corrupted by some malign higher-being who wishes us all to be veiled.
Or none of us may exist at all, and it is only you existing, with everything you thought you knew a conspiricy. Only the streets you step down are 3d, everything else is virtual, but your path is already so pre-decided that whichever things you 'choose' to touch are always the real ones, the rest you 'chose' not to are not.
Or even that nothing at all is real, and all senses are imagination.

none of the above i believe, and i do believe the scientific idea set
but just to say
other people have other points of view, and in the end nobody can be proven right or wrong.

What's more likely? Some "magic" higher being is somehow controlling all 6 billion people alive, or actually, the brain isn't what we think it is?
I see your point, but I don't think throwing in conspiracy theories is really relevant, wackos will believe what they want, but you can't really dispute against logic and fact.

That's exactly what i didn't want to post.

Bleh, well -- there are more than enough life theories. I, personally, don't believe in God but i think we might have been brought here from somewhere else by some other race. and some sort of destiny thing. Not that some higher life-form is leading us but that our life path is already settled. we have just few choices like which way to go on crossroad
