I know every sig in his gallery is ripped, I've seen a lot more than these in various other places.

Problem is, I can't find them all. I've talked to at least 4 mods about this user to no avail. Imo he should be locked/scammer tagged, as Ive seen him selling these tags in the gfx forum, and his sig rights need to be removed, as well as "his" gallery. Please give this some attention this time.
