question: is it only a violation if they use your sig as a sig or if they post your sig in their profile is that a violation of the rules? also what all should i post as proof if needed?

I make sigs a lot and a lot of people have seen me wear this.
I let Cadet wear it, not the other guy, he's just trying to be mean because he wants it to himself.
