the midgrounds perspective is off and as a result it looks like the water is going downhill at an awkward angle. the mountain on the right side is distracting, i think it's the fact that it goes straight down to the edge of the canvas that bothers me.

the proportions are really really bad. you need to study-sketch-study-fix-repeat before you colour it. more still life studies!
