Hmm..I might have enough if I successfully give my tags away for free.

Go ahead and start working on it. I"ll bug you for so many changes that you'll be sure to just given in and lower the price to get rid of me.
I think I'll request a full color change first.
Then tell you I want it in a larger size.

You can buy the crappy one hes going to make (I heard he doesnt even have topaz) or you can buy mine for 500.

If you want kewl water animation its 500 more, Ill even make your name shiny.

Move the text to 5 more locations and I'll see which spot I like most.
Also, try 3 more fonts. I want a handwriting font probably.

Can you do a fancy premade brush border??

Of course, but it would be like 500 more cuz hard changes like that can take a couple days.
