I made each individual frame in MS Paint then combined the frames in an animation creator.

If necessary I will gladly upload each individual frame to prove when they were created and whom they were made by.

I've made many similar animated gif signatures like the current one I'm using, and can even upload the original sprite or game that it was taken from.
