Idk what it is about your colors but they throw me off for some reason.

Also are you just pumping these out randomly? Because if you are it's pretty easy to tell

Most lack flow and the lighting seems to be pretty forced/non existent in some.

When you place your c4d's make sure you do it deliberately to help the flow in some way, otherwise it just seems too chaotic

Also work on blending a little more using different types of adjustment layers and think carefully about render size + placement. Some of your renders seem too large

No offense just trying to give honest feedback.

No offense taken, but this is all stuff i do. Which is why i keep pumping them out because eventually, something might click and i might be able to execute things much better. Although render placement is something i don't spend much time on. Lighting is something i've been trying to work on, but can't seem to make it seem all that natural. As for my colors... don't know, i like brighter vibrant colors and i like keeping em like that... cause dull stuff makes me bored of it.

You would have reached a far higher state if you would just do tutorials

Considering it's only been a bit longer than a month... i actually like where i'm at. I've done every nice tutorial i come across and i'm always looking for more. Tutorials just guide me through and teach me techniques, but actually applying it and improving composition can only be done by just simple practice imo. I still take a look at tutorials and psd's before i start most works because it helps.

Take a tut follow every step of it dont just look at it and then go on and make your tag from the top of your mind. Tuts are there for a reason. And also dont just do tuts that you like the outcome of, you are the decider of how it turns out Tuts are just to teach you more about filters smudging etc and show you their steps to making a tag.

You guys get the wrong impression of me. I do follow the tuts to every step and by "nice" i mean well-written and trust me when i say i don't like the outcome of a lot of tuts. I'm still browsing a lot for resources, tutorials, psd's etc. I'm starting to think the reason why i'm not improving as much is because i'm not practicing different styles enough though.

its not about practicing tons of styles at all, its about practicing strong styles / getting an understanding of the fundamentals of design

Which is what i fail at grasping. But i pretty much meant that i usually don't do much aside from the usual c4d things, i think practicing smudging for a while could help me improve on my overall composition/style.
