Mad potential but the more I look at it the more I dislike it. A tip you could use with those spheres is to ctrl+click the ball shape layer and with that selection, Spherize the clipped image (in your case the fiery stuff). That way it looks more 3Dish. Also you can soft-brush erase the ball outlines to blend them a bit better if you want.
Hat doesn't blend all that well with the environment because the c4dish(?) stuff is way darker. I'd remove all those sharp c4dish things or blend them better and darken more from the sides.

Too me the spheres look a little flat and that is what's throwing it off when I keep coming back to look at it.
I think if that was worked on and also bringing out her a little more might work better.

Just what I think :unsure:
