So I recently had an argument with a friend about weather finding inspiration from other peoples work/tags is a form of "Idea Ripping",

his argument was that if you find yourself making a tag like another persons it would be considered

"Idea Ripping" but I argued that it was merely the source of the idea because each artist puts his own twist on things,

and that if no one was to look at anyone elses tags they would have a very hard time producing more than 3-4 tags in

say 1-2 weeks. What do you guys think?

It would be almost impossible for anyone to get better. No style belongs to anyone. But, I do believe credit is owed to the "creator" of any idea.
