i have the original .PSD file (my proof of ownership) and can supply this evidence at request, but i felt that a decision might be more affected on the matter of whether or not he agreed to the deal in the first place. indeed, i no longer have explicit evidence to show that he did agree to the deal yet his actions overwhelmingly speak for him. i do not believe JSP wants members who behave this way. i make it a point to trust the people i attempt Graphic requests for---unfortunately, this is the first time a job has not panned out courteously.
finally, my gold log proves that i was never paid by him (for any deal or trade on JSP); i can supply screens of this at request as well.
