Think about it, the more your here the better. But its not like its by post count, ex: eng...quick. only 400 post but hes no rando because he knows what hes talking about. But when people dont know what they are saying, they are considered randos.
this example is a poor one - quick and colab aren't randos because everyone knows their older accounts with far more time and posts invested into this board
