Na, helix and tragus are parts of the ear. Nipple, stomach and lobe should be obvious.

Unscrewed two of my implants last night, I've got awesome threaded metal holes in place of skin.

Can't feel them at all. They're tiny, no bigger than a grain of rice.

yeah surely if you implant sth into your stomach you cant see it and it just feels odd

so the little stud sticks out, and the flat plate holds them in place

That's not really a stud, it's just an inner threaded post which can then accept a stud. But yeah, the flat plate holds it in place, the holes in the plate allow the skin to grow in a way which anchors it in place.
