Yeah, they made it ridiculous here. CPP (theory on knowing laws, cars etc) classes1, exam in driving school 2, mandatory exam/Country testing 3, first aid classes 4, first aid exams 5, you pay extra for testers for first said, 30+ hours of driving 6 (28h is minimum, and you won't pass if you attempt then), medical exam7 and final drive test 8 with which you get the license. You pay for every single thing separately & everything is mandatory.
It used to be retarded cheap here too
but then the fire nation attacked. I think they figured out that people on the road are just bat shit crazy, can't drive at all and maybe they should make it a bit more difficult/expensive. Same time they let elderly drive without any yearly med checkups.
